We’ve asked our Brand Ambassador Julie to help us create the below recipe using our new Bake at Home Baguettes, which will hopefully be available in the US soon!
These amazing BFree bake at home baguettes are fantastic for yummy hot sandwiches! I’ve created a colourful one making sure I’m getting in a plethora of antioxidants and good nutrients to keep me energised thoughout the day.
1 BFree Bake at Home Baguette
A couple of good chunky slices of your favourite cheese – I used a vegan cheese as there’s so much wonderful selection out there now.
A good handful of kale, de-stemmed. Tip: place your kale in a small bowl and squeeze 1/2 lemon over the kale and a good sprinkling of sea salt. Massage for a few minutes to get it soft.
Handful of grated beetroot
1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. course mustard
Pre-heat your oven according to the BFree Baguette instructions on the back of the pack. Spread the Tbsp. of mustard on the bottom 1/2 of the baguette and top with your choice of cheese, kale, beetroot and avocado. Bake in the oven for 7 minutes and enjoy the gooey cheese, the good for you kale, the antioxidant packed beetroot and the healthy fat avocado all sandwiched in between the ‘good for your gut’ wheat and gluten free BFree Baguette..
